Thank you to everyone who came along and supported our garage sale last weekend. The money that we raised will be put towards purchasing a range of natural based toys for our two rooms. All left over items have been donated to charity.

Our tamariki have been having a blast lately investigating and exploring the world of snails. We have hunted around our gardens for snails and some tamariki have even brought some snails in from their homes for our little snail enclosure! We have also been working on some creative snail art, having meaningful discussions about how our snails live and how to care for them. The tamariki have had so much fun having a hold of the snails and watching as they crawl up their arms and necks too, super brave! Thank you whanau for your contribution towards their interest!
At CPELC we had a dress up day for Halloween. Children came, dressed up in cool and scary characters. We had face painting, we listened to scary stories and had created some scariest pictures.
